Exclusive Easter Brunch:
(starting 10am until 12pm or a little later)

Appetizer:
Brushcetta served with ricotta cheese and marmalade

Entrees:
Walnut Waffles with Banana Syrup
or
Eggs Benedict
or
Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

Choose two side orders:
Herb Roasted Potatoes, Sausage, Ham,
Bacon, or 2 eggs (Your preffered Style)

Cocktails:
Champagne Lime-ade, Grand Mimosa or
Spicy Citrus Bloody Mary

Whole Snapper (Grilled or Fried),
Served with coconut rice and beans, coleslaw and fried plantains.

Skewered shrimp marinated in chipotle and secret spices and grilled to perfection.

Entrée:
San Pedro Mayan Lobster
Succulent lobster tail marinated in Mayan Spices and baked in a banana leaf.
Served with your choice of coconut rice, rice and beans or linguine marinara and vegetables.

Dessert:
Carrot Cake

Freshly made carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting.
